The iPM is a web-based, post-move survey that we give out to all of our customers so that we can get a good idea of how well we did throughout our processes. It has questions that cover each step in the process starting with the initial sales call all the way through to the final delivery. This allows us to get feedback directly from the people whose opinion matters the most, our customers!
We track all of these stats in order to paint an overall picture of how we’re doing. If we notice that there’s an area that’s having some problems, we’ll be able to adjust our process and get the problem fixed for the future. By constantly improving our processes, we’re able to stay on top of the food chain when it comes to providing consistent, high quality customer service time and time again.
