• Your home listing will benefit from financing incentives offered to prospective buyers, such as reduced interested rates or closing cost credits.
• Your home will receive additional listing exposure on http://homes.sirva.com, which also provides incentives to potential buyers.

 Home Finding Assistance 

• You select your Real Estate Agent from our highly-qualified and trained Preferred Broker Network.
• The Moving Extras program provides on-line destination services, where you can receive assistance reviewing schools, amenities and neighborhoods to ensure you have the information you need for the best possible moving experience.
• You will benefit from discounted title and settlement services for your home-purchase transaction.

 Cash Back Rebates for Home-Purchase and Home-Sale Transactions* 

• You will earn $50 in cash back for each $10,000 in home-sale and/or home-purchase amount when closing their real estate transaction through a SIRVA-referred real estate agent. Example: when you sell a $200,000 home and purchase a $300,000 home through this program, you will receive a cash back rebate of $2,500.
• Rebates come in the form of a check, payable to you, within 30 days of closing.

 Mortgage Assistance and Settlement Services 

• Through the Moving Extra’s program, you will receive mortgage assistance in all 50 states and access to today’s best rates and programs from the nation’s largest mortgage lenders.

• The Moving Extras program offers no-cost online self-service assistance when you’re looking for pre-screened home rentals nationwide.
• To ensure your complete satisfaction, we can also provide additional personalized home rental services including guided rental tours and other optional destination services for a nominal fee.
